ProspecStack provides an External Attack Surface Management platform designed to help teams monitor their real-world external exposure, discover internet-facing assets, identify vulnerabilities, and manage remediation workflows.

ProspecStack allows users to monitor authorized domains, subdomains, APIs, ports, exposed services, SSL-related information, Whois data, scan history, vulnerability findings, technical evidence, severity levels, reproduction notes, remediation guidance, notifications, and billing information from one security console.

ProspecStack is intended only for authorized security work on domains, systems, and assets that you own or have explicit permission to assess.

ProspecStack operates on a token-based billing model. Search is free; tokens are spent when you unlock leads.

Tokens can be purchased as one-time packs or in custom quantities according to the limits and pricing displayed at checkout.

Payment is processed through Stripe, and users agree to Stripe's terms and policies. We do not store sensitive payment card information.

Purchased tokens remain available until they are spent on leads, unless otherwise required by law or platform policy.

Bonus tokens granted at signup or through daily login promotions are subject to the rules displayed in the product.

New accounts may receive welcome tokens on first login, plus daily login bonus tokens according to the limits displayed in the product.

Free token grants are promotional and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

You do not need to purchase tokens to search for leads, but unlocking lead details requires a sufficient token balance.

Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact ProspecStack support at contact@app.com. Your refund request must be justified and must include the relevant account email address, payment date, reason for the request, and any supporting information that may help us assess the situation.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests at our sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We encourage you to review token pack details at checkout before completing a payment.

If you experience any billing issue or technical problem, please contact us at contact@app.com so we can review the matter and help resolve it.

If you have a billing concern, refund request, or technical issue, you must contact us first at contact@app.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

We are committed to reviewing legitimate billing concerns directly with our customers.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support, or submitting a chargeback in bad faith, may result in account suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to ProspecStack if we identify that you have abused the system, violated these Terms, or engaged in fraudulent, unauthorized, or harmful activity.

In cases where we determine that system abuse has occurred, we are not obligated to issue a refund, regardless of the timing of your token purchases or service usage.

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us at contact@app.com to appeal the decision.

ProspecStack is built for authorized external attack surface monitoring and vulnerability scanning.

By using ProspecStack, you confirm that you own or have explicit permission to assess every domain, subdomain, application, API, service, or asset submitted to the platform.

You agree not to use ProspecStack to scan, test, enumerate, exploit, attack, disrupt, or collect information from any third-party system without proper authorization.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ProspecStack complies with all applicable laws, regulations, contracts, and internal security policies.

We may request proof of authorization at any time. Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Reports, findings, scan results, evidence, remediation guidance, and related outputs generated through ProspecStack are made available to you for your internal security, compliance, engineering, or remediation workflows.

You may use, share internally, export, and act upon these outputs for lawful and authorized purposes.

ProspecStack is not liable for any consequences arising from the use, misuse, interpretation, or non-use of generated reports, findings, or remediation guidance.

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, ProspecStack is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uptime, availability, completeness, or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Service interruptions, planned maintenance, technical issues, or changes to the service do not automatically qualify for refunds or credits. Refund requests related to such issues must be submitted and justified in accordance with Section 4.

We reserve the right to change token pricing, pack sizes, bonus grants, or billing rules at any time.

Price changes apply to future token purchases after the change takes effect.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant price changes by email or through the service before they take effect.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, where available, or by contacting us at contact@app.com.

We recommend exporting any leads or data you wish to keep before deleting your account.

Once your data is deleted, it may not be recoverable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProspecStack and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to ProspecStack in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

We collect and process information necessary to provide the ProspecStack service.

Payment details are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store sensitive payment card information.

Users may request data deletion by contacting us at contact@app.com, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, and operational retention requirements.

By creating an account and using ProspecStack, you agree to receive communications from us, including service-related emails and marketing emails.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting us at contact@app.com.

Even if you opt out of marketing emails, you may still receive essential service-related communications regarding your account, billing, security, and use of the service.

If you participate in our affiliate program, you agree to the following additional terms.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to ProspecStack, these Terms, or your use of the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lithuanian courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website or communicated through the service where appropriate. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of ProspecStack after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
